Our foundry facility is located in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania, in close proximity to major Northeastern transportation routes. Since our first day in business, our commitment to our customers’ satisfaction has been CRM’s highest priority.
Diversified molding processes using only certified metal, and a highly experienced
work force enables us to come through with the best quality products … every time.
Dan has spent the past twenty-five (25) years in the foundry industry. Originally starting as a molder at a local iron foundry, Dan worked his way up to Molding Supervisor, and other supervisory positions in the foundry. The last fifteen years, Dan has concentrated working in aluminum foundries in various management positions. Dan’s well-rounded experience brings Cast Rite continuity for years to come.
Engineering and Production Manager
Dave started as a patternmaker, and later owned his own pattern shop. After selling the pattern shop, Dave moved into the foundry industry as a Product Development Manager for an East Coast aluminum sand casting foundry. Along with Dave’s pattern making and engineering skills, other key positions included estimating and production responsibilities. Dave is fully trained in Solid Works and CNC programming.
For the last ten years, Jane has been organizing and running the office here at Cast Rite Metal. Besides all her administrative responsibilities, Jane is a go-between for all customers and Cast Rite management. Her sense of responsibility and dedication helps with customer communications.
Cleaning Room Supervisor
Bill has been at Cast Rite Metal for over thirty-five (35) years. Obviously, Bill adds a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge when it comes to customer’s castings and their expectations. His reliability and work ethic makes him a valuable asset to our organization.
After many years in foundry maintenance, Gary started with Cast Rite Metal in 2019. Keeping complex foundry machines and equipment operating in a demanding manufacturing environment is not an easy job. Gary’s overall experience and his day-to-day knowledge of Cast Rite’s operations is important and requires a dedicated skill.
Principal / VP of Sales
Being part of the foundry industry for over forty (40) years is sometimes unimaginable to me; Early years working in various foundries, eventually transitioning into marketing and outside sales, and then purchasing Cast Rite Metal from the original founders back in 2009. Many thanks to all our customers and employees over the years for being part of Cast Rite’s success!
